Transforming former Foxwood School

Kinlan Brickwork Ltd has been awarded the full Labour, Plant and Material package to build 69 houses for Wates Construction on the former Foxwood School in Warrington.

This is an excellent project for us to be awarded by Wates Construction to showcase Kinlan Brickworks high quality skills in the housing sector.

Having worked on numerous projects for Wates Construction in the education sector, we are looking forward to working alongside them in the housing sector.

Work starts on site January 2021.
