Kinlan secure Castle Irwell development

Kinlan Brickwork Ltd, are pleased to announce they will be soon starting work on the former Student Village Castle Irwell.

We have been awarded the masonry package from Domis Construction to build the first phase of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses.

The whole project once complete will consist of 500 residential dwellings, a supermarket and a school.

Work is due to start fully on site in the coming weeks and we are looking forward to continuing our working partnership relationship with Domis Construction Ltd.
